Do I qualify for a free inspection?

How long does a Termite Inspection take?
Depending on the factors of square footage of the structure, accessibility and evidence found, our inspections typically take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
How long is the fumigation process?
When opting in for a full fumigation treatment (Tenting), The cover must remain over your home for at least 60-72 hours. They are typically removed on the 3rd mid day.
Do you offer VA (NPMA-33) clearances?
Yes, we do VA clearances and can provide the appropriate Service Records required to achieve a clearance for your home.
What areas are inspected in my home?
Every part of your home that is accessible at the time of inspection will be thoroughly inspected. (Sub-space, attic spaces, ADUs, detached garages, etc.)

What factors does my quote consist of?
After your initial inspection, our inspector will take their full report and findings, and base your quote on things such as, the total volume of your home, and spaces needed to be covered for fumigation. The amount, if any, of repair work that has been caused by Wood Destroying Insects or Infections (Fungus). we believe our quoting methods to be very fair and affordable.
